Honest and trustworthy shop! Highly rated heavy truck shop in the area. Great staff and shop owner. Always a pleasure dealing with Dustin and they have a great atmosphere. If you want an honest shop doing honest work. Elite is the place to go.

I took a 2006 Dodge Sprinter Diesel to Elite on 3/19/24 for PM. There were no problems with the vehicle. However, the transmission conductor plate and the TCM connector are known failure points. At my request, they replaced the conductor plate, transmission filter and O-rings on the TCM connector. The transmission was flushed and new fluid installed. After the service the transmission was leaking transmission fluid. After two more visits to Elite to fix the leak, it was still making a mess of my driveway. On the last visit the transmission was behaving so poorly, I wasn't sure it would make it back to their shop. After spending nearly two thousand dollars with Elite, I finally took the vehicle to a reputable dealer. They re-did all the work Elite claimed to have done. Their analysis: Poor installation of parts. This cost me another $2,300 but at last the issues are resolved. I gave Elite months to make good on their promise to refund me for their bill. To this day, if I call, the answer will be "the checks in the mail". It is not. I leave it to you to decide the honesty of this business. But they will never have the opportunity to work on any of my other diesels, or any of my frien
